King Ramses II

Ramses II, considered by many historians to be the most powerful pharaoh of Egypt, ruled for six decades (1279–1213 BC). He lived for over 90 years and is said to have fathered over 100 children.

Ramses II had 2 main wives and more than 40 concubines and concubines.
He married Nefertari. As a gentleman, he gave his beloved wife a stone temple and made her a beauty queen. where she died, he built for her the most beautiful tomb in the Valley of the Queens.

His body was originally buried in the Valley of the Kings, as was the case with the Pharaoh. However, later the ancient Egyptian priests carried it to protect against greedy grave robbers. In 1881, the mummy of Ramses II was found in a secret royal storeroom in Deir el-Bahri, along with the mummies of more than 50 other rulers and nobles. In 1974, archaeologists noticed that the mummy was in a dilapidated state. So they sent her to Paris, where she was treated for a fungal infection. Before the trip, Ramses II was issued an Egyptian passport in which the profession of “king” (deceased) was recorded.
