On 15 September 2026, the first flight by Freebird Airlines Europe as part of a new tourist flight programme arrived at Aswan International Airport. The first aircraft came from Stuttgart and brought around 180 travellers to southern Egypt.
The new flight programme is particularly interesting for holidaymakers who are not just planning a beach holiday, but want to discover Egypt on a Nile cruise or round trip.
