Early departure at 03:00 AM (~3 hours drive) to the four colossal 20-metre statues of Ramses II and the Temple of Nefertari. Relocated stone by stone in the 1960s — a triumph of modern engineering. After disembarking, domestic flight Luxor → Cairo. Visit the Saladin Citadel (Alabaster Mosque, panoramic views of the city) and the Coptic Quarter with the Hanging Church. Overnight at your Cairo hotel.
