Description for Private 3 Days Tour to Abydos & Dendera & Luxor
We will pick you up from your hotel in the morning in a comfortable air-conditioned vehicle and drive the 230 km route from Safaga to Luxor. For most of our journey, you will enjoy the desert landscape with volcanic mountains, shaped by nature itself, until you reach the Nile Valley. Here you will get an authentic experience of the typical daily life of rural villages in the Nile Valley.
On your first day in Luxor, you will visit the memorial temple complex built by Ramses III, considered the last spark of the heyday of the great pharaohs. On your second visit to the Noble Tombs, you can enjoy the flowers that have survived for millennia (two tombs).
At Theben West you can also enjoy good taste of freshly prepared Egyptian cuisine.
Afterwards, allow yourself to enjoy the beautiful multicolored female tombs in the Valley of the Queens.
On the crossing of the Nile, you can enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Nile by motorboat for about half an hour. In East Luxor, you will spend the first night after checking into your hotel.
In the evening, drive from your hotel by horse-drawn carriage to the Luxor Temple Complex, where you will experience the beauty of the Luxor Temple illuminated in the evening.
On the second day, we flip through many pages in the ancient Egyptian history book, which can be depicted on the columns and walls of the Karnak temple complex (full 3 hours in the temple complex).
After lunch in East Luxor, we head to the Osiris temple complex, built by Seti the First, where the very first canon laws of art and architecture were laid down.
In Abydos (now Sohag) we stay at a hotel.
On the third day after breakfast we leave for Dendera. There is a temple complex of the goddess of beauty and magic, which in ancient times was the center of astronomical research. The zodiac on the second floor of the temple complex is better preserved than the zodiac in the Louvre in Paris, which, according to the beliefs of that time, connects heaven and earth from the point of view of the earth.
At the end of this trip (Luxor Dendera Abydos) we return to Hurghada.
